Let’s walk through the parts of a Trim N’ Kleen kit.

A Trim N’ Kleen Kit has 3 Parts:

  Psyllium Husk     - Herbal Blend   - Passion Flower
   Cleansing fiber      - Herbal Mover      -Stress Reliever

We did that on purpose, so you would have the flexibility to adjust any of the parts to meet your bodies specific needs.

Part 1: Psyllium Husk -How many of you have been told this, “When you are constipated you need more fiber.” Well guess what fiber does? Fiber just swells up and absorbs moisture...So if you put alot of fiber into and already blocked colon ...you are going to feel awful. You will feel swollen, poofy, gassy and even more impacted.  We know there are lots of benefits of fiber just as long as the fiber keeps moving. If the fiber stops up and you feel like your getting constipated our product allows you to be able to easily stop taking the fiber capsule for a couple of days until you get things moving again. Fiber is a necessary part of good colon health, because as long as it is moving through the colon it is sweeping the colon walls to remove rubbish and helping to bind and  absorb toxins to prepare them to be eliminated out of the body.

Part 2: Passion Flower- the intestines are very emotional organs. My own daughter, when feeling overwhelmed or nervous about something will say “ Mom my stomach hurts!” Well the region of her body that she is generally hugging at that time is really her intestinal tract and not her stomach at all. If the body feels it is under too much stress it will start to shutdown functions like digestion and elimination in order to reroute energies to more emergency related functions. Passion flower is a single herb that is categorized by herbalist as an antispasmodic. It means it helps stop cramping. We include this in our colon care kit so you don’t experience any cramping, pain or discomfort when trying to get that waste material out.  Passion flower has also been used to help relieve just general stress and overall tension associated with life. PMS cramping can sometimes be alleviated by taking some Passion flower. Passion flower is used by some to help them get a better night’s rest and may even effect blood pressure. 

Part 3: Herbal Blend- is a combination of traditionally used herbs for encouraging the peristalsis or waving action of the colon to help move waste material out. Keeping the kit parts in separate containers allows you the ability to adjust the amounts based on your body’s own needs. For example, guys tend to have less trouble with constipation than we gals. I can eat an entire bran loaf and nothing really effects my bowels, but if I feed my husband 1 bran muffin he excuses himself about 5 minutes after he eats it to go to the bathroom. Foods you eat and medications you may take can also effect how well the bowels move. I notice I can usually use less Herbal Blend when it is summer and I am eating lots more salads and fresh veggies and fruits. But if I eat something like Pizza with more white doughy bread, meat and a lot of cheese, I know I will be taking more Herbal Blend to encourage this sluggishly digested food out of my body sooner.
